Mudryk joins Tottenham on loan

Mykhaylo Mudryk has joined Tottenham on a season-long loan from Chelsea.

Spurs have an option to buy the winger, who has not played a competitive game since November 2024 due to a doping ban that was resolved in July.

Mudryk joined Chelsea for £88.5m in January 2023 amid much fanfare, with the Blues beating Arsenal to his signing.

But the Ukraine international failed to live up to that price tag at Stamford Bridge and will now look to reignite his career in north London.

Spurs boss Roberto De Zerbi coached Mudryk at Shakhtar Donetsk and even tipped him as a future Ballon d’Or winner.
